Deep in the
affection of Dixie, in the dejected collar boondocks
of Breaux Bridge, Louisiana, lives the Angelle
family. The Angelle ancestors has it in a bad way.
These boys adulation to collect, restore, and adapt
all makes and models of GM cars. Jed Angelle, the
youngest of this leash of brothers, is no exception.
Among his accumulating of Chevrolet cars is this
cautiously crafted '68 RS Camaro, bearded as an RS/SS.
It's not a chase car, it's not a Pro Artery car-it's
artlessly a "get in and go" artery machine.
When the '68 was purchased eight-plus
years ago, to say it was a bassinet case would be an
understatement. The rear quarterpanels were addle
through and through, and forth the edges of the
aback glass, blight had taken authority and eaten
abroad abundant of the metal. No doubt, Jed's plan
was cut out for him, and over the advance of eight
years he did just that. One affair he did wish us to
apperceive is, "Well, if you anticipate you can buy
all these alleged bolt-on locations and they will
bolt appropriate up, well, you are in for a treat.
